Pre-approving Zoom
For Zoom users
If you see a Request pre-approve message when connecting Zoom to Calendly, your Zoom admin needs to approve the app first.
Click Request pre-approve to send the request. Your Zoom admin will get a notification.
If you're also the admin, go ahead and move to the next step. If not, you’ll keep seeing the pre-approve option. Ask your Zoom admin to complete the approval.
For Zoom admins
You can approve Calendly from two places:
- During the connection process
- In the Zoom App Marketplace (look for Calendly for Zoom)
Once approved, everyone on your Zoom account can install the app. For more help, see Zoom’s support article.
